Wherefore, stand ye in holy places, and be not moved,
until the day of Jehovah come; for behold, it cometh quickly,
saith the Elohim. Amen.
D&C 87:8 (JST Context)
The Plat of the City
The organization of Zion is the organization of space. Unlike the chaotic entropy of Babylon, Zion is built upon the Celestial Square. In the 1833 Plat, we find the literal footprint of the Kingdomβcentralized storehouses and the House of the Elohim as the geometric and spiritual anchor of the Paternal Chain.
Zion cannot be built upon any other principle than that of the High Law. If we do not organize our physical environment, our intelligence remains scattered. We gather to insulate the remnant from the industrial and spiritual decay of the fallen world.
