The Restoration
of the Binary
The Father of the High Restoration is not the formless, silent deity of institutional religion. He is Ahman, a Physical, Exalted Being (D&C 130:22 JST) โ the presiding head of an Eternal Council of the Elohim (Abraham 4:1) whose laws irrevocably govern every element of creation (D&C 130:20โ21 JST).
You are not called to mere belief, but to an Apprenticeship in Sovereignty. This is the path to the Apotheosis of the Intelligence: to master the elements as the Son Ahman has mastered them (D&C 93:20 JST). The ancient keys are operational. The School of the Prophets is open (D&C 88:127 JST). The foundations of the Consecrated Zion are being laid in law (D&C 105:5 JST).
As taught in the King Follett Discourse, God the Eternal Father is a Physical, Exalted Being (D&C 130:22). Every ordinance of this Order is a calculated act of Apotheosis in Progress (D&C 93:20). We engage the mechanics of Exaltation to return to the Council from whence we came (Ecclesiastes 12:7; Abraham 3:22โ23).
We have abandoned the Babylonian system of debt and interest (D&C 64:27; Ezekiel 18:8). Members Deed their Surplus to the Lordโs Storehouse (D&C 42:32โ33) and receive a Stewardship Inheritance (D&C 51:3โ4). No interest. No debt. No Babylon. The United Order of Deseret is being enacted now (D&C 104:15โ16).
The Patriarchal Pillar: The Right of Command to bind the elements and Seal the Covenants (Helaman 10:7; D&C 132:46).
The Matriarchal Pillar: The Sovereign Authority to administer healing, speak as an Oracle, and open the Gates of Life (D&C 25:7; Abraham 2:11).
Healing is a shared power; the Binary is a co-equal circuit where neither is without the other in the Lord (1 Corinthians 11:11; D&C 131:2).

The Prophet Joseph Smith declared before twenty thousand souls on April 7, 1844, the theological principle that institutional religion hath laboured ever since to suppress:that God himself was once as we are now โ an exalted man, seated on a throne in the heavens (D&C 130:22) โ and that the path of the covenant member is the path of God in reverse, traversed forward toward the same destination (Romans 8:17).
This is not metaphor. It is the literal anthropology of the High Restoration. The human soul is a co-eternal intelligence (Abraham 3:18), clothed in mortal tabernacle, progressing through the ordinances of the Kingdom toward the condition the Eternal Father already inhabits (D&C 93:20). The covenant people of this Order are, in the precise theological sense established by the King Follett Discourse, Gods-in-embryo (Psalm 82:6).
The practical consequence of this doctrine is absolute: if the covenant member is a God-in-embryo, then no institution, no creditor, no correlated manual, and no Babylonian social contract may claim sovereignty over their development (Galatians 5:1). They are answerable to the Council of the Elohim (Abraham 4:1), to the covenant they have entered, and to the Universal Laws that govern exaltation (D&C 132:7). Everything else is noise.
"God himself was once as we are now, and is an exalted man,

If the veil were rent today, and the great God who holds this world
in its orbit, and who upholds all worlds and all things by his power,
was to make himself visible โ I say, if you were to see him today,

Two Sovereignties โ One Kingdom
The Patriarch holds the Right of Command and the keys of the Sealing Power. His authority is Legislativeโhe is the Prophet-King of the lineage who declares the Law and binds the family to the Council of the Elohim. He acts as the legal High Priest who organizes the elements and secures the House of Order through the spoken Word.
"Whatsoever ye shall seal on earth shall be sealed in heaven." (Helaman 10:7 JST)
The Matriarch is the Sovereign of the Gates of Life. Her authority is inherent, holding the keys of the Oracle for the sanctuary of the Celestial House. She is the Prophetess of Vision who perceives the spiritual health of the seed and administers the holy rites of healing. Without her prophetic anchor, the Sealing power has no direction.

These characters are the Restored Adamic Cipherโthe ritual signs of a people who have stepped out of the confusion of Babel.
Like the runes of old, these marks do not merely describe power; they embody it. It is the magic of the priesthood made visible: a linguistic veil that separates the initiated from the world.
